WilmerHale represented Dasera, Inc., a provider of automated data security and governance controls, in its acquisition by Netskope, Inc., a leader in secure access service edge (SASE) and security service edge (SSE). The acquisition was announced on Octobert 15, 2024 and will enable Netskope to extend its already-market-leading data protection solutions to include integrated data security posture management capabilities.
