Natasha Kang is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional matters. She joined WilmerHale in 2023. 

Ms. Kang has worked as a compliance paralegal for a healthcare company and a litigation paralegal for a tech startup. While in law school, she completed legal internships with streaming company TuneIn and software company BetterCloud. She has built experience handling commercial contracts and other agreements, as well as researching legal issues related to advertising, privacy, and labor.
