Dimitry Lensky counsels early-stage and mature companies on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, VC financings, strategic investments and debt financings. He also has experience counseling companies on corporate governance, executive compensation and technology transactions. He regularly advises clients across multiple industries including manufacturing, software, digital media, advertising, fashion, gaming and the web3 space.

Mr. Lensky joined WilmerHale in 2019 as an experienced corporate adviser, having previously worked as a corporate associate at other firms in Los Angeles and Silicon Valley. 

While in law school, Mr. Lensky worked at a real estate development company and a major film distribution company. He also participated in the Public Counsel Consumer Law Project as a student clerk. 

Professional Activities

Mr. Lensky serves on the Bet Tzedek New Leadership Council and is a committee chair of the Eastern European Bar Association. He has spoken at the Digital Hollywood conference multiple times and has spoken as part of UC San Diego’s Topics in Healthcare Series.
