Mr. Nimani’s practice spans a broad spectrum of technology-related areas, including SaaS and cloud services, technology outsourcings, enterprise software, artificial intelligence development and implementation and autonomous vehicles.

Mr. Nimani advises clients on legal issues relating to strategic partnerships and licensing and commercializing intellectual property and technology assets, including in connection with merger and acquisition transactions.
