Adi Iyer is a corporate lawyer, who represents clients in a wide range of transactional matters, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Iyer was a legal intern in the corporate and securities group at NetApp, a public hybrid cloud company. He was also a legal and operations intern at a healthcare technology startup, advising on strategic initiatives related to healthcare software as a service (SaaS) and value-based care. Mr. Iyer previously worked in technical sales and corporate strategy at a product design firm in the Bay Area.
