WilmerHale represented TMX Group, a company that operates global markets and develops digital communities and analytic solutions, in its agreement to acquire the remaining approximately 78% of the common units of VettaFi. VettaFi is a leading US-based company specializing in indexing, digital distribution, analytics and thought leadership. The acquisition is valued at $848 million. The agreement was signed on December 13, 2023, and is expected to close in January 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
