Erin Bruynell Gallagher is an experienced corporate lawyer who counsels life sciences and technology companies on general corporate and securities matters, ongoing disclosure and compliance obligations and various types of financing transactions. She has advised public companies on IPOs and other offerings, including CMPOs, at-the-market offerings, registered direct offerings and PIPEs. She has also advised private companies on venture capital financings. Ms. Gallagher represents companies across all development stages, and also represents underwriters in a range of capital markets offerings.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Gallagher was a corporate associate at another law firm in Boston where she advised public and private companies with respect to securities law compliance, general corporate matters, debt and equity securities offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
