Taylor Mielnicki is a senior associate who advises clients on a wide range of corporate law matters. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Mielnicki was a business transactions associate at another firm in New York, where she represented clients in a variety of mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital transactions, seed transactions and maritime finance transactions.

Previously, Ms. Mielnicki held an externship with a law office in Boston, MA, and was a clerk with the Harvard Law School Criminal Justice Institute in Cambridge, MA.
