12th Annual WilmerHale Intellectual Property Conference: Examining the Latest Developments in Intellectual Property Law

WilmerHale will host its 12th Annual Intellectual Property Conference in Boston on Wednesday, May 23.

In addition to sessions discussing the latest developments at the Supreme Court and Federal Circuit and strategies for global management of intellectual property disputes, this year's conference will feature a mock appellate argument with retired Federal Circuit Chief Judge Paul Michel presiding. Counsel will address "The Myriad Genetics Case After Mayo: Is Isolated DNA Patent-Eligible?"

There will be a networking reception following the conference.
