On December 11, 2023, Spectris plc, the expert in providing insight through precision measurement, announced the sale of Red Lion Controls, a leading provider of innovative software and hardware solutions to industrial organizations, to HMS Networks for $345 million. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2024, subject to customary completion conditions.
