Karsten Silbernagel advises German and foreign clients on complex national and cross-border transactions as well as on all corporate law issues.
He focuses on strategic M&A transactions and joint ventures as well as on the field of private equity, in which he has advised on numerous transactions both in Germany and abroad in a wide variety of industries.
In addition, Mr. Silbernagel has experience in connection with venture capital transactions as well as contentious proceedings in the context of M&A.
Karsten Silbernagel joined WilmerHale in 2023. Previously, he worked for two major international law firms, most recently in London. In addition to his work as a German lawyer, he is also admitted as a solicitor (England & Wales).
