WilmerHale Represents Medtronic in its $2.0B Offering of Senior Notes

WilmerHale represented Medtronic Global Holdings S.C.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Medtronic plc, a global leader in healthcare technology, in connection with its recent public offering of $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.250% Senior Notes due 2028 and $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.500% Senior Notes due 2033. Net proceeds from the offering will be used to repay outstanding indebtedness. The transaction closed on March 30, 2023.
