Ben Lobley represents sell-side and buy-side clients in negotiating trading agreements, including derivatives master agreements and confirmations, prime brokerage agreements, term commitments, custody and account control agreements, master repurchase agreements and securities lending agreements. Prior to joining the firm, he was an attorney at a New York-based law firm. He previously interned at the Hofstra Law Community and Economic Development Clinic and externed at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc in New York City.

He has also previously provided pro bono legal and advocacy services through the Hofstra Law Veterans Legal Assistance Project.
