Shaina Hourizadeh

Shaina Hourizadeh is a corporate lawyer who represents and advises both public and private companies on ongoing and transactional law matters, including formation, governance, venture financing and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Hourizadeh was a summer associate at two other law firms in New York where she assisted on general corporate matters, and conducted research on various topics, including privacy, intellectual property and contract law. In the summer of 2016, Ms. Hourizadeh was an intern in the Office of Career Services at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and in the year prior, she was a judicial intern for the Honorable David Cohen of the New York Supreme Court. Ms. Hourizadeh was previously an intern in the Criminal Defense Practice, Special Litigation Unit of the Legal Aid Society in New York.
