Leigh Krafchek is a counsel in the transactional practice. Mr. Krafchek’s practice focuses on capital markets transactions and advising issuers and underwriters on a range of public and private securities offerings, with significant experience in the life sciences and biotechnology industries. Mr. Krafchek also advises on SEC reporting and disclosure requirements, stock exchange listing compliance and corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Krafchek was a lawyer at international law firms in New York and Australia where he focused his practice on corporate and securities matters.
