This annual Practising Law Institute program will focus on the important Delaware corporate law developments throughout the past year and the impact they will have on legal and corporate practices. The conference brings together top Delaware law practitioners from leading law firms and corporations, academia and the state's judiciary to discuss the latest case law and trends in corporate and securities law.

WilmerHale Partner Hal Leibowitz will participate in the morning session “Transactional Lessons,” which will focus on recent lessons from the pandemic and case law in structuring deals (with an emphasis on MAE provisions and ordinary course covenants). Speakers will also discuss technical missteps in approving and documenting transactions and how to fix them.

This program will be held in-person and via webcast.
