On May 8, Partner Felicia Ellsworth will serve as a panelist at the New England Legal Foundation’s SCOTUS Crystal Ball in Boston, Massachusetts. The panel, moderated by Akhil Amar, Sterling Professor of Law and Political Science at Yale, will discuss the details of the Supreme Court’s remaining cases, the arguments presented, and the potential implications of decisions on either side. Ellsworth will be joined by Jeremy Christiansen, Partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher; Edwina Clarke, Partner at Goodwin Procter; and Zach Tripp, Partner at Weil Gotshal & Manges.
