Speaking Engagement

Please join us for a seminar in our London office on “Protecting Confidential Information”. The seminar will be followed by a drinks reception on the terrace.

WilmerHale's pre-eminent IP Litigation Practice was named 'IP Litigation Department of the Year' by The American Lawyer in 2014, the third time WilmerHale has received this recognition.  Our lawyers have run some of the most high profile landmark cases in the world, including in the United States, Germany and the UK.  We regularly represent clients in appeals before the US Supreme Court and Federal Circuit and our lawyers have on a number of occasions represented clients in the House of Lords and UK Supreme Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union.  In 2014 WilmerHale launched its IP Litigation practice in the UK, part of the firm's continuing expansion in Europe.
