Confluence Financial Partners Announces Strategic Partnership with Constellation Wealth Capital

Confluence Financial Partners ("Confluence"), an independent wealth management firm with approximately $7.6 billion in assets under management and additional 401(k) plan assets as of August 2026 that has experienced significant growth in recent years, announced a new strategic partnership with Constellation Wealth Capital ("CWC").

Through the partnership, CWC will make a minority investment in Confluence, providing additional capital and strategic resources to support the firm's long-term growth. Confluence will continue to be led and controlled by its existing leadership team and remain focused on the principles that have guided the firm throughout its history: maintaining a client-centered approach, investing in its people and building a business designed to endure.

WilmerHale represented CWC in the investment.
