Se Hee Yim is a corporate attorney who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional matters. She joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2023.

During law school, Ms. Yim was a legal intern at Optum Labs, part of the UnitedHealth Group, and served as a student attorney in the Community Enterprise Clinic.

Before pursuing her legal career, Ms. Yim was a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) US Advisory Services. In this role, she provided strategic advice to pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations on launching commercial drugs, developing go-to-market strategies, and enhancing patient and physician experiences. Additionally, she has experience advising insurers and reinsurers as a data science consultant.
