Yuxuan (Frank) Wang is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a wide range of corporate law matters, including capital markets, corporate governance and disclosure, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and debt financings. He has experience advising life sciences and technology companies at all stages of their life cycle, including early and late-stage financings, as well as exit transactions, including IPOs.

Mr. Wang joined WilmerHale in 2019 as a summer associate. Previously, Mr. Wang was a summer associate at another international law firm in Beijing, China, where he counseled clients on corporate law matters.
