San Francisco Office Hosts Pro Bono Clinic in Collaboration with Visa and The Bar Association of San Francisco

On September 12, 2025, WilmerHale’s San Francisco office hosted a pro bono clinic to assist 8 local nonprofit organizations with review of their corporate structure, required filings, and internal policies and procedures. The event was held in collaboration with Visa, with 9 attorneys from Visa in attendance as part of Visa’s Global Pro Bono Week, and The Justice and Diversity Center of The Bar Association of San Francisco.

Shafi Armatis led CLE training for the clinic and the following WilmerHale attendees participated in the clinic: Amy Segal, Daniel Zimmermann, Eric Hanson, Stephen Gillespie, Aron Nimani, Ben Goldfein, and William Plata-Cortez.
