Ben Goldfein advises emerging growth companies and venture capital investors on a wide array of transactional and corporate matters. Mr. Goldfein's clients are reshaping high growth industries, including biotech, medtech, hydrogen, airspace, logistics, big data, artificial intelligence and cloud computing.

Mr. Goldfein was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Goldfein was a legal intern at Synopsys. Mr. Goldfein also served as a Vice President of Berkeley Law’s Startup Law Initiative and on the Submissions Team of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal.
