Shafi Armatis
Counsel
Shafi Armatis is a corporate lawyer who counsels emerging companies, public companies and venture capital funds on a variety of complex matters, including corporate governance, equity and debt financings, securities law, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Armatis served as an Associate Corporate Counsel at Google LLC, where her practice focused on counseling Gradient Ventures, Google’s AI focused venture capital fund, with regards to its investments in early-stage companies. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Armatis served as a Teach for America corps member in Nashville, Tennessee.
