WilmerHale recently represented TômTex Inc., a sustainable manufacturing company that develops naturally biodegradable textiles that mimic materials like leather and suede, in its Series Seed Preferred Stock financing with a total round size of $2.25 million. The initial closing of approximately $1.5 million occurred on Tuesday, November 7, 2023.
The financing was led by Happiness Capital Limited. The team consisted of Joe Wyatt, Frances Mosley, Ben Goldfein, Sharon Baek and Kathleen Gaffney.
