Frances Mosley focuses her practice on a wide range of transactional and corporate matters, where she represents emerging growth companies and venture investors in general corporate matters, Board governance, day-to-day operations, securities law compliance, venture capital and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions and fund formation. Ms. Mosley’s clients operate across a number of industries, including technology, software, life sciences, healthcare, logistics, fashion, and mental wellness. Ms. Mosley enjoys helping clients grow their businesses and portfolios, and navigate and solve business and legal issues in a thoughtful and practical way.

Ms. Mosley is a member of the firm’s Hiring and Diversity Committees, and serves as a Co-Chair of the firm’s Summer Associate Program. Outside of work, Ms. Mosley serves as a Co-Chair of the Venture Capital Committee of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Silicon Valley, and is a supervising attorney at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law Startup Legal Garage.

Ms. Mosley has been recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star in Corporate Law each year from 2014 to 2023, and has been selected for inclusion by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch 2023 for Corporate Law.
