Sharon E. Baek

Sharon Baek is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional matters. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Baek was a research assistant to Professor Tice of the University of California, School of Law, and a legal intern with the University of California Immigrant Legal Services Center. She was previously a judicial extern to the Honorable Otis D. Wright, II of the US District Court for the Central District of California.
