WilmerHale Represents Robinhood in $140M Acquisition of Say Technologies

On August 10, 2021, Robinhood Markets, a U.S. consumer investing and trading service, announced its acquisition of Say Technologies, a venture-backed investor communication platform, for $140 million in cash. The all-cash deal is Robinhood’s first major purchase since going public in July 2021.

The acquisition will provide Robinhood access to Say’s software, which offers proxy voting services for shareholders and a platform where companies and their investors can connect.
