Milan G. Kumar
Senior Associate
Milan Kumar is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on ongoing and transactional law matters, including formation, governance, and mergers and acquisitions. She was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2019.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kumar was a student attorney at Boston College Law School in the Community Enterprise Clinic. In that role, she counseled clients on a variety of corporate matters, including drafting bylaws, filing articles of organization, and reviewing existing customer contracts for a limited liability company. Previously, Ms. Kumar was a legal extern for the Massachusetts Senate Ways & Means Committee and a legal intern at TripAdvisor. Prior to law school, she was a policy associate at The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights.
