WilmerHale is advising Rudolph Technologies, Inc., a provider of semiconductor process control systems, lithography equipment, and software for wafer fabs and advanced packaging facilities, in its pending all-stock merger of equals transaction with Nanometrics Incorporated, a provider of advanced process control metrology and software analytics.

The WilmerHale corporate team representing Rudolph in the transaction consists of Joseph Conahan, Joseph Minko, Andrew Langworthy, Erin Garrity and Jenny Moore.
