Erin Garrity focuses her practice on all aspects of corporate law. She advises public and private companies in a variety of industries, including technology, life sciences and financial services. Ms. Garrity was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2016.

During law school, Ms. Garrity interned in the Middlesex District Attorney's Office, Bureau of Appeals, where she drafted legal appellate briefs on behalf of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on criminal matters and conducted oral argument before the Appeals Court. Ms. Garrity was also a student attorney in the Community Enterprise Clinic, where she counseled clients on entity formation and corporate governance.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Garrity was a paralegal at a boutique civil litigation firm.
