Speaking Engagement CLE

Please join us on Thursday, May 7, for the second in a series of webinars that will provide continued guidance on the use of government programs. This webinar, focused on the Main Street Lending Program, will provide an update on the revisions and expansion of this program, as well as a brief overview of the Primary Market Corporate Credit Facility, including eligibility and best practice considerations. WilmerHale’s corporate, securities and regulatory practice groups are on the front lines helping clients navigate the eligibility requirements, implications of program participation and potential public policy challenges related to the extensive measures announced by the Federal Reserve to backstop liquidity since mid-March.

The program will feature corporate Partners Chalyse Robinson and Keith Trammell, regulatory Partner Daniel Kearney, and securities Partner Yoon-Young Lee.

Topics of discussion will include:

  • Overview of the Main Street Lending Program and Primary Market Corporate Credit Facility
  • Update on the eligibility criteria, including affiliation analysis
  • Review of terms and other considerations

The next webinar in our series will focus on potential enforcement and congressional oversight of these emergency measures. Find the recording and presentation materials from our first webinar in this series, Opportunities and Potential Pitfalls: PPP Lessons, Loan Requirements and Funding Risks.
