Webinar
Speaking Engagement CLE

Please join us on Friday, April 24, 2020, for the first in a series of webinars that will provide continued guidance on the use of government aid. This webinar will provide an update on the Paycheck Protection Program and best practice considerations once a loan has been secured. WilmerHale's Corporate and Regulatory practices are on the front lines in helping clients navigate eligibility requirements, implications of program participation and potential public policy challenges related to the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) aid package.

The program will feature leaders in our Corporate Practice and regulatory partners with decades of high-level government experience, including a new partner, who recently served as one of the most senior officials in the Department of Justice.

Topics of discussion will include:

  • Overview and status update of PPP
  • Expectations if you secured a loan and compliance best practices
  • Congressional oversight and regulatory enforcement
  • Navigating Washington and election impact

Our remaining programs will focus on other lending facilities, including the rollout of the Main Street Lending Program and Primary Market Program.

CLE credit will be offered for this webinar. Participants will have the opportunity to raise questions online and interact with panelists throughout the webinar.
