The office is a also critical locus of the firm’s transactional capabilities, with Keith Trammell providing experienced counsel to acquirors, targets, private equity funds and other investors on complex mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and capital markets-related matters, while Chalyse Robinson and Nathan Moore guide public and private companies, private equity sponsors, banks and direct lenders through all aspects of their debt finance transactions. David Strong is a tax partner with extensive experience advising clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs and restructurings, partnerships and joint ventures and private equity and venture capital investments and Michael Kaplan focuses on major real estate acquisitions, financings, joint ventures and leasing matters for REITs, investors and developers.
