Firm News

The Diversity Journal has recognized Partner Heather Nyong'o on its annual list of Women Worth Watching, which honors executive trailblazers for their passion, potential, and positive influence both inside and outside the workplace. For 16 years, women who have made significant contributions to their respective organizations have been featured in this special issue of Diversity Journal.

“The diversity of women, and their experiences and achievements, is inspiring and motivating,” said Diversity Journal Publisher James Rector. “It is refreshing to see how many companies have opened pathways for women to advance into leadership and reaped the rewards of their contributions.”

In Nyong’o's profile, she advises women to be themselves, stating, “Success does not come by trying to mimic others…but through hard work, sincerity, and being yourself, you can make contributions that will be valued and allow you to grow.” Read her profile.

Nyong’o leads the firm's California cartel practice and has represented multinational corporations and executives in cross-border criminal and civil antitrust investigations and litigation.
