Preotle, Lane & Associates Announces Sale at River’s Edge Mixed Use Development

Preotle, Lane & Associates, a Medford, Massachusetts based real estate development firm, has sold a development parcel within the River’s Edge mixed use development in Medford, Massachusetts, to an affiliate of Criterion Development Partners, a Dallas based real estate development and investment firm with an office in Newton, Massachusetts. The multi-million-dollar transaction supports the next phase of development at the River’s Edge site, which includes additional residential construction alongside existing residential, office, recreational, and retail uses.

River’s Edge is a long-standing mixed-use development located along the Malden River off Route 16, with multiple residential and office buildings completed over prior phases. The sale closed on March 31, 2026.
