Bae, Keun Young

Keun Young Bae focuses her practice on investigations and complex litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bae was the inaugural Denniston Legal Fellow in General Electric Co.'s Corporate business, where she assisted with internal investigations concerning the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other global anti-corruption law.

While attending law school, Ms. Bae completed an internship with Credit Suisse's Office of the General Counsel, focused on anti-money laundering and anti-corruption compliance. She was also a research fellow for the Clough Center for the Study of Constitutional Democracy, managing editor of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest, and a student attorney in the Immigration Clinic and Civil Litigation Clinic.
