As the name suggests, the US Department of Justice (DOJ) Guidance on Evaluating Corporate Compliance Programs, is meant to assist prosecutors in making informed decisions as to whether, and to what extent, a corporation’s compliance program was/is effective. This panel will discuss DOJ’s expectations for FCPA compliance, compliance presentations to the DOJ, effective use of data and factors that determine the imposition of a monitor.
