Paul Vanderslice
Counsel
Paul Vanderslice is a litigator with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in high-stakes antitrust and complex civil litigation matters. With experience representing clients across a wide range of industries—including technology, financial services, telecommunications, and higher education—Mr. Vanderslice combines deep substantive expertise and a solutions-focused mindset to help clients navigate their most challenging disputes.
Mr. Vanderslice has prevailed on behalf of clients in their most significant cases at all phases of litigation in both federal and state courts, including on temporary restraining orders, dispositive motions, at trial, and on appeal. These victories have frequently involved cutting-edge technologies and novel legal theories, and include defeating certification of what would have been the largest antitrust class ever certified in the United States, successfully defending a major merger from an antitrust challenge brought by a coalition of State Attorneys General, and prevailing in a fraud and trade secret misappropriation jury trial. He regularly represents clients against claims brought by private plaintiffs and putative classes under Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, and in consumer protection and other matters involving state-level enforcers.
Mr. Vanderslice began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Priscilla Richman of the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. While pursuing his law degree, Mr. Vanderslice worked as an intern for the Honorable Richard J. Leon of the US District Court for the District of Columbia.

- Won a resounding victory as part of a trial team for clients T-Mobile and Deutsche Telekom in a landmark antitrust trial in which attorneys general from 13 States and the District of Columbia sought to enjoin the merger of T-Mobile and Sprint.
