Kevin Muck developed a broad securities litigation practice over more than fifteen years in the Bay Area before joining WilmerHale in 2020, where he continued representing leading technology and life sciences companies in high‑stakes matters. Known for his steady judgment and practical approach to complex disputes, he counseled clients navigating class actions, fiduciary duty claims, and other sophisticated securities issues. He retired from WilmerHale in 2025.

Throughout his career, Mr. Muck contributed to the legal community through frequent speaking engagements on securities litigation, fiduciary duties, and class action trends. He also maintained an active pro bono practice, reflecting his long‑standing commitment to public service and to strengthening access to justice.
