Jamie Wolf is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional matters. She joined WilmerHale in 2022.

Ms. Wolf previously served as a judicial extern for the Honorable David O. Carter of the US District Court for the Central District of California, researching legal issues and drafting documents across several areas of law. She also served as a student advocate and central coordinator for Berkeley Law School’s California Asylum Representation Clinic. Additionally, she worked as a Legal Intern with the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office Code Enforcement Team to investigate and prosecute fraudulent abuses of the City’s Affordable Housing Program. Before pursuing a legal career, Ms. Wolf worked in public relations and fundraising.
