Jaclyn Schofield is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional matters. She was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Schofield worked as a law student intern at the Startup Law Clinic at Boston University School of Law where she advised MIT entrepreneurs on legal matters including corporate governance, intellectual property and financing. She also has experience as a law clerk for a small law firm in Boston where she assisted with corporate governance of closely held businesses and business litigation matters. During her undergraduate, Ms. Schofield was an intern for the head law clerk at the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts.
