Himani Nadgauda is a corporate lawyer who counsels entrepreneurs and high-growth companies on a variety of corporate governance issues and complex transactions, including equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and debt financings. She also represents venture capital funds in equity financings and has experience counseling companies on technology transactions. 

Ms. Nadgauda was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Nadgauda previously worked as a patent agent at another large law firm. In that role, she drafted and prosecuted domestic and foreign patent applications and counseled inventors for Fortune 500 and start-up clients in a wide range of technical areas. Ms. Nadgauda also worked as a litigation assistant with the ACLU Foundation of Northern California and completed an internship with PracticePro, an organization that supports law students as they enter the professional world.
