Giuliana Green is a corporate attorney who represents public and private companies on a wide range of transactional matters. While attending law school, Ms. Green completed legal internships at Forma Therapeutics, Alexion Pharmaceuticals and Mass General Brigham. She also served as a lawyering fellow for Professor Stevie Leahy and as a research assistant for Professor Woodrow Hartzog and Professor Jared Nicholson. Prior to law school, Ms. Green worked as a project manager in clinical research.
