Eugena Liu represents public and private companies in a broad range of transactional matters. She maintains an active pro bono practice and began her time at the firm as a summer associate in 2023. She also serves as a content associate for WilmerHale’s In the Public Interest podcast. 

During law school, Ms. Liu completed a transactional practice concentration and exchange program in international and comparative business law at Bucerius Law School in Germany. She also worked as a research assistant for Professor Wendy J. Gordon, studying issues in copyright law. 

Prior to law school, Ms. Liu worked as an election assistant for the City of Los Angeles in the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment, where she specialized in Neighborhood Council elections and outreach strategy, helping to bridge the gap between civic institutions and the communities they serve. She also has law enforcement experience from serving as a police cadet in a local police department.
