Arpi Youssoufian
Associate
Arpi Youssoufian is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies in a broad range of transactional matters. She is an executive producer of WilmerHale’s In the Public Interest podcast, which features conversations with leading voices from the legal, business, government and academic communities on issues shaping the public discourse. Ms. Youssoufian also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on veterans’ advocacy matters. She was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2022.
During law school, Ms. Youssoufian completed judicial internships with the Honorable Donald L. Cabell of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Honorable Lorna G. Schofield of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. She also worked as a research assistant to Professor Adam Kolber studying issues in philosophy and criminal law.
Prior to law school, Ms. Youssoufian completed graduate studies and conducted postgraduate research in cognitive and developmental neuroscience at Harvard University. She has authored both scientific and legal publications that have been cited in leading journals and in briefs submitted to the US Supreme Court.
Outside the firm, Ms. Youssoufian serves on the Board of Directors of St. Stephen’s Armenian Elementary School in Watertown, Massachusetts, and is an active member of the Armenian Bar Association.
