On October 22, 2026, WilmerHale hosted a virtual legal clinic in collaboration with the Community Organization Representation Project (CORP) of the Justice & Diversity Center of The Bar Association of San Francisco, in partnership with Visa. The clinic provided pro bono legal assistance to local nonprofit organizations on matters related to corporate governance, required filings, and internal policies and procedures.

The program included a CLE session led by Shafi Armatis and Shannon Morrissey and consultations with nonprofit organizations conducted by teams of WilmerHale and Visa attorneys.
