Air Space Intelligence (ASI), the frontier AI company orchestrating critical infrastructure and national security, announced a $325 million Series C financing round valuing the company at $3 billion. The financing is led by Spark Capital, with major participation from affiliates of Citadel Securities, Meritech Capital, Craft Ventures, Energy Impact Partners, and Andreessen Horowitz (a16z).
WilmerHale advised ASI in the financing.
