Gabriella Stearns focuses her practice on transactional and corporate matters. Ms. Stearns specializes in the representation of companies throughout their lifecycles including formation, corporate governance, venture financings and M&A transactions. Ms. Stearns represents clients across industry sectors, including companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications, life science, biotechnology and entertainment technology industries. Ms. Stearns also represents a number of venture capital and growth equity firms.   

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Stearns was a corporate associate at another firm where she worked with emerging growth companies and venture capital firms on a range of transactions. During law school, Ms. Stearns was a student attorney at the BU/MIT Startup Law Clinic where she advised entrepreneurs on legal matters including corporate governance, intellectual property and financing.
