Client News

PTC Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: PTCT) announced that it has completed the previously announced transaction with Sangamo Therapeutics, Inc. to acquire ST-920, a BLA-stage, one-time administered AAV gene therapy product candidate for Fabry disease. The terms include $111 million paid upfront and up to $100 million in contingent milestone payments based on certain regulatory approvals.
